Description[?]:
We must ensure that everyone has access to affordable housing. With this new project, the government will issue building of new homes, with the surplus gained over years from several ministries. The project is in value of 10-15 billion LODs that will be pumped into the real estate sector over the following 5 years, where new homes and shelters will be built for everyone, ensuring new affordable, and even free housing for the poor. This project has the aim to ensure everyone from Lodamun has a roof above their heads and nobody needs to live on the streets, improving thus the image of Lodamun to the world. Each new house will feature an individual cost of 50 000 LODs,thus meaning 200 000 new homes for 200 000 families, alongside a surplus of 5 billion LODs to be used for rehabilitation centers and for shelters, thus ensuring a strong welfare sector to help the imprisoned get back on track, help poor people get what they lost or learn a new job, ensure that the medical costs for poor are affordable or for free. The houses will feature all the modern needs of a family, alongside shelter being the access to electricity, heat, gas, internet and sewerage. The project will help the most poorest families to acquire new affordable housing. With this, we also plan abolishing landlords and the private market from housing. The government will be responsible to aid local governments in ensuring citizens are living under a roof. |
