Establishing the college of 12 magistrates with Rectoral power tasked with rewriting the Selucian constitution, with a renewable 5 year mandate. The Duodecemvirs for Confirming the Republic with Rectoral Power (abbreviated as XII VIR RPC) college will outrank all other magistratures and will be endowed with absolute power until the termination of their mandate. The Imperial Senate is abolished until the constitution of the Republic is settled.
