In accordance with section 7 of the Game Rules (http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=8088&p=145763#p145764), Ikradon is a "culturally protected" country. Below is the cultural protocol which all players in the country must abide.

INTRO

The citizens of Hawu Mumenhes are based on African Americans. They trace their heritage to all corners of the globe and are a true melting pot. They primarily descend from Talmorians, Coburans, and Ibutho.

It is an Monothestic Religion, it became popular after Mustafa II who was a extreme religious leader built 250 mosques and donated hundreds of thousands of Books of Bliss to libraries, schools etc. While also using propaganda against Arkē Mumenhes Followers.
