| In recognition of Dolgarias rich religious heritage and the millions of Dolgarians who daily live their faith in their homes, neighborhoods, schools, and communities, The Senate of Dolgaria does hereby entrust the following provisions of law to local authorities: - The appointment of ministers of religion. - Religious taxation policy. - The remuneration of ministers of religion. - Prayer in schools. |
