Description[?]:
(This bill was proposed by the minister of Environement and Tourism Mattew Bokota) Polluting cars have a devastating effect on the environnement and we must ban them. However, it would be very unwise to simply ban polluting car just like that as many low-earning hutorian will not be able to afford to buy new car and the hutorian's car industry would not be able to adapt. So, what we propose is to ban polluting car gradually over many years. Provision; Article 1)The production, trade and sales of cars using non-environmentally friendly fuels shall be banned upon the year 4810. Article 2) The use of cars using non-environmentally friendly fuels shall be banned upon the year 4835. |
