Bill: WMD Bill 4805

Details

Submitted by[?]: Alliance Party

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: November 4805

Description[?]:

The Alliance has always fought for the right of our nation to develop, store and use weapons of mass destruction.
This does not indicate a desire to use them, nor does it guarantee that they would be used when legal to do so (eg in retaliation to a WMD attack upon ourselves).

Rather, the Alliance views it as important for our laws not to prohibit usage of WMD. To prohibit their use weakens our deterrence against aggressors. Allowing WMD development increases our deterrence whether or not we do develop and/or use them.
