| Article 1. The President of the Republic of Valruzia, in agreement with the Strategic Command of the Defense Navy and the Minister of Defence, shall establish a new organisational structure for the Defence Navy of the Republic of Valruzia. Article 2. The President of the Republic of Valruzia shall order the creation of Carrier Strike Groups, consisting of 6 Fleet formations: a) 1 Seleya-class amphibious assault vessel (Helicopter Carrier) (b) 4 Valparaiso-class corvettes (c) 2 Mar-a-Lago-class destroyers (d) 2 Ombra-class or Type 1 attack submarines (e) 1/2 supply ship based on Article 3. |
