With the passing of this bill the following articles shall be implemented: I. The indigenous polytheistic traditions of the Selucian people shall be considered the state religion of the Republic. The practice of all other religious traditions shall continue without impediment provided they do not violate public order and the laws of the Republic. II. All other ministers of religion shall be elected by their own communities according to their customs. III. All ministers of religion shall be considered civil servants of the state and shall be entitled to a suitable salary and a dwelling provided on the Republic’s expense. IV. The rites and rituals required by Selucia’s indigenous religious traditions, including auspices and sacrifices, shall be restored in the Armed Forces.
