Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: May 2218

Description[?]:

This bill is very simple, the missionaries just register with foreign affairs just to let the government know they are here. MessageThis discriminates against religious missionaries compared other visitors. No way.

MessageIndeed. There is no law saying that one CANNOT register with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Besides having to define "missionary" (ie is it someone affiliated with a church as a missionary or someone who happens to want to spread the word of their God), we'd reather not take punitive measures on missionaries who forget to register and are otherwise law abiding visitors.

Random fact: RP laws follow the same passing rules as in-game variable laws. Laws that are not of a constitutional nature require a simple majority "Yes" vote from active parties currently holding seats. Laws that are of a constitutional nature require a 2/3 majority "Yes" vote from active parties currently holding seats. RP laws may be abolished a simple majority vote this applies to ANY RP law.
