Since it's extremely difficult to tell if a refugee is a victim or a parasite, I think we shouldn't help them that much IF the refugee is a victim of an extreme situation, he should be able to put his life back together in Selucia without too much aid IF he is a parasite, he will visit another nation that allows parasites like him |

Message | We do already have a rather tough policy regarding the admission of refugees. There are not many of them out there whose circumstances could be marked as extreme enough to warrant admission into the country. Our concern with withdrawing the integration aid is that some might be driven by desparation to help themselves in ways that aren't quite legal... |
