| The State Collegium of the Union of Davostan and Kivonia hereby declares, the Chairwoman of the Supreme Commission of Executive Emergency, Viktoria Augustina Reinhardt, "Princeps Civitatis Rei Publicae" (First Citizen of the Republic) and "Altum Pilae Unionem" (High Pillar of the Union). She will be named the "Commander-in-Chief of the Davostani Defense Forces", and she will be appointed to the Office of "Lawspeaker as Presidency of the Congress". She will with these titles be collectively dubbed "Ducissa" Viktoria I Reinhardt, of a revived Vermillion Dynasty, through a Reinhardtian branch. ALL HAIL THE REPUBLIC! ALL HAIL THE UNION!
