| An Act respecting the Nationalization of Airports This Act may be cited as the National Airports Act Article 1) Nationalization 1.1 All international, national, and regional airports in Hutori will be nationalized and ownership will be transferred to the Government of Hutori to be managed by the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport. 1.2 All current owners and shareholders will be given fair compensation as described by Article 2 of this Act. Article 2) Compensation 2.1 The compensation given will be determined by an independent court that will take into consideration the value of the land and infrastructure and the potential revenue lost. The shareholders will be allowed to appeal the decision of the court. 2.2 The compensation will be distributed to each shareholder proportionally to the share of the airport owned. |
