MessageMembers of the House of Commons, please review this treaty proposal. The ratification of this treaty would safeguard the State of Vorona as a nation that practices basic capitalist provisions. While this treaty is not on the extreme side of economic deregulation, we believe that it fits well not only in Vorona, but in the other 33 nations that are currently in compliance with the proposals of this treaty

Random fact: Cabinet ministers who disagree seriously with the head of government would usually be expected to resign. Parties within the cabinet may attempt to manoeuvre to replace the head of government though, for example by proposing a new cabinet bill or voting for an early election.
