| Recognizing the long and proud history of Partisans in Kalistan and the role party paramilitaries have played in the maintenance of freedom and sovereignty in Kalistan, the KWP proposes an end to the ban on Paramilitaries and to allow recognized political organizations to form and maintain them. |
