The Act respecting the Nationalization of the Defense Industry. This Act may be cited as the Defense Industry Act. Article 1) 1.1 All industry producing firearms, weapons, munitions, military vehicles, equipment such as uniforms, night vision equipment, personal armour, MREs, or anything deemed to be potentially used by either national or foreign armed groups will be purchased by the Federal Government of Hutori, incorporated into the Ministry of Defense, and organized under the Department of National Defense Production. 1.1.1 Industries producing firearms and munitions for firearms deemed to be only useful for civilian applications will be allowed to continue operating privately. 1.2 All exports of firearms, weapons, munitions, military vehicles, equipment such as uniforms, night vision equipment, personal armour, MREs, or anything deemed to be potentially used by either national or foreign armed groups must be approved by a resolution passed in the Senate by an absolute majority. |
