Description[?]:
Mr Speaker, there are several adjustment we want to adopt into the Justice policies in order to grants equal and fair rights for every istalian citizens. The one that deeply touch me as person, is the current policy on capital punishment: it is not acceptable that someone may choose whether or not to administer the death penalty, no the State nor the local authorities. Our law says that extradition to nations with capital punishment or with cruel or inhumane treatment of suspects and convicts is not allowed but we can allow that someone in Istalia use such things? Death Penality is a barbaric practice which must be outlawed. The Government will put an end to this. - Silvia Tancredi, Minister of Internal Affairs |

Message | We wonder why the Hon. Minister does not trust the local democracies to deal with these matters ? They are elected officials serving the interests of the region. With the proposed reform you'll just take this away from than wthe the message: "you cannot be trusted to govern your region wisely. We know better". Maria Granadi Spokeswoman for legal matters |

Random fact: It is possible for a player to transfer ownership of a character or a royal house to another player. This should be done in a public way, such as on the Character Transfers thread, so that if a dispute arises in the future, Moderation can be pointed towards evidence of the transfer. |
