| By virtue of this bill submitted to the National Convention, new institutions will be created and existing institutions will be reformed. INSTITUTIONS TO BE REFORMED. 1.- National Tax Institute (Institut National des Impôts), reform and replacement of the National Tax Service (Service National des Impôts). Will be the national tax service, and it will be based in Arloux and will be dedicated to the collection of taxes. It is dependent on the Ministry of Economy, Budget and Finance 2.- Rildanorian Space Agency (Agence Spatiale Rildanorienne), will be dedicated to the development and research of aerospace technology, as well as the launches of the rockets created by this Agency. The headquarters will be in Arloux, with facilities located in Saclay and Jean-Noël-sur-Mer. It will continue to be the aerospace branch of the Ministry of Science and Technology. INSTITUTIONS TO BE CREATED 1.- National Agency of Airports (Agence Nationale des Aéroports), will be the agency in charge of the maintenance of airports, and the construction of these. It will be a subsidized agency of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transportation. 2.- National Consortium of Civil Aeronautics (Consortium National de l'Aéronautique Civile), will be responsible for registering civil flights in Rildanori air space. It will be an agency of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport. 3.- Visit Rildanor (Visitez Rildanor), it will be the agency that will be in charge of the maintenance and promotion of tourist spaces in our country. It will be an agency of the Ministry of Tourism and Environment. 4.- National Center of the Environment and National Parks (Centre National de l'Environnement et des Parcs Nationaux), will be the agency that will be in charge of the declaration of national parks and the conservation of the environment and national parks. t will be an agency of the Ministry of Tourism and Environment. 5.- National Elections Institute (Institut National des Elections), will replace the current National Elections Center (Centre National des Elections). It will be in charge of organizing, promulgating, protecting and accounting for elections in our country. It will be an agency of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. |
