| Message | Mr Speaker, I believe these are irresponsible measures aimed only at strengthening the hard core of the liberal electorate of the PNI, since in this difficult time The Alliance is firmly opposed to further measures which could affect workers who today deserve instead to receive a supportive response and all possible support from the Government. LA will not vote in favor of such measures until art. 2 and 5 are in place. Furthermore, LA oppose also the proposals about the bank fractional reserves: istalian banks have been heavily hit by the crisis and the whole financial sector suffered. | Message | We disagree with Article 2 & 4. We suggest some representation of employees must be made to board in order to ensure transparency & integrity of process. In Article 4 we suggest "There is a fractional reserve requirement for bank loans, but small banks and credit unions are exempt." But in these circumstances we can waive temporarily the reserve requirement at all. We do understand that it is a difficult time for whole of the nation & we stand firm in resolving the crisis & moving our country forward & therefore we'll be voting in favour of the bill. Thank You.
