| ππππ ππ ππ ππππππππππ PRESIDENTIAL DECREE NΒΊ R-179, TO BE APPROVED BY THE NATIONAL CONVENTION OF THE TRUDEAUIST REPUBLIC OF RILDANOR ππππππππ The Trudeauist Republic of Rildanor, referred here as Rildanor, is a democratic federal republic that has a presidential system as a government, with a President and a Vice President elected for a term of four years, renewable once. Due to the recent restoration of the Empire of Canrille, President Juneau Valferra here proposes this agreement between the parties that make up the National Convention for the protection of our republican and democratic system. πππππππ πππ β ππππ ππ ππ ππππππππππ ππ«ππ’ππ₯π π: Ratification of Rildanor as a democratic federal republic, with a President and Vice President, who must be elected for a four-year term, renewable only once, and a legislature, referred to as the National Convention, which must be elected every four years, without term limit. ππ«ππ’ππ₯π π: Our nation's democratic system must be protected, general elections must be held every four years in January. ππ«ππ’ππ₯π π: Rildanorians have the right to stand up against tyrants, be they presidents or monarchs, to protect and make their human rights heard. πππππππ πππ β ππππ ππ πππ πππππππ ππ«ππ’ππ₯π π: Rildanor opposes any attempt to annex its territory, be it to previous Empires that have been restored as is the case of the Canrille Empire, or to Empires that want to emerge and annex the national territory. The Government has the duty to protect the Regions, States and Cities that constitute the Trudeauist Republic of Rildanor against any threat of annexation. ππ«ππ’ππ₯π π: If the annexation case does not occur, but the scene of negotiations is given for Rildanor to be annexed to an Empire, Rildanor will oppose these negotiations and will ask that the Constitution of 4844 be respected, focused on Article 122, which states that Rildanor is an independent republic. ππ«ππ’ππ₯π π: Rildanor demands that its national sovereignty be respected, in the event of a foreign invasion, the Government will act for the protection of its citizens against these threats. ππ«ππ’ππ₯π π: Rildanor condemns the use of terms such as "King of Rildanor" and "King of the Rildanorians", since they do not represent the popular will of the Rildanorians, in addition to the fact that the Empire of Canrille does not have predominance over our nation, and therefore the above mentioned terms are declared null and void. πππππππ πππππ β ππππππππππ πππππππππππππ ππ«ππ’ππ₯π π: Rildanor will maintain diplomatic relations with the Empire of Canrille, the only condition being that Rildanor's decision to be an independent republic is respected. ππ«ππ’ππ₯π π: Rildanor will issue tourist visas and work permits for inhabitants of the Empire of Canrille who visit or come to work temporarily at Rildanor. The visa will have a duration of 6 years and the permit will last between 2 and 10 years depending on the circumstances. Those who have a tourist visa can only stay for a determined time of 6 months, without exception. ππ«ππ’ππ₯π ππ: If for some reason the Empire of Canrille dares to annex Rildanor, our nation will break diplomatic ties with the Canrille Empire and denounce this attempt at annexation before the World Congress. |

| Message | The RRR acknowledges the rebirth of the Canrille Empire. The presidential decree aims to clearly and bluntly reaffirm Rildanor's independence and reiterate certain aspects of our current constitution. We approve and support this approach. We also note that the Canrille Empire has not, to our knowledge, issued threats of annexation. This decree is one way to guard against such ambition and it is good to anticipate it. However, we would have liked him to go further on one point: the official titles of the rulers of Lourenne and Kanjor refer to their so-called predominance over Rildanor with terms like "King of Rildanor" or "King of the Rildanorians". We would have liked the fraudulent use of such titles to be condemned. Besides, why should Istalia and Dorvik, for example, be exempted from a declaration which unequivocally mentions Rildanor's independence? Rildanor is independent of any foreign supremacy, far or near, democratic or authoritarian. |
