Message | 𝐋𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐘𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐝𝐚𝐥𝐚 Honourable Congressional Representatives, Both our peoples remember fondly Princess Kyunghee of Dankuk, who upon giving birth to the Tianshun Emperor became the Mother of the Nation; it was the child of Princess Kyunghee which founded the Yu Dynasty and assumed the Dragon Throne as the Jianshun Emperor. Thus, we are saddened to learn that Yingdala will not be supporting our bid for Seat D of the World Congress Security Council, in the auspicious year of the Dragon Throne Restoration. Though this failure represents a setback, we maintain hope that within this generation, our peoples may rekindle their deep and familial bonds. May the Emperor live and reign for ten thousand years! Signed, Mr. Matteo Manahan Premier of Dankuk |

Random fact: Moderation will not accept Cultural Protocol updates which introduce, on a significant scale, cultures which are likely to be insufficiently accessible to players. In particular, for all significant cultures in Particracy, it should be easy for players to access and use online resources to assist with language translation and the generation of character names. Moderation reserves the right to amend Cultural Protocols which are deemed to have introduced significant cultures that are not sufficiently accessible and which are not being actively role-played with. |
