Details
Submitted by[?]: Clara Aurora - COSIRA
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: November 4866
Description[?]:
Bellatorian Law on Divorces It is the opinion of COSIRA that, in the same way that marriage is a union for legal purposes and therefore it is regulated, divorces must be placed at the same point. It is not a matter of people deciding or not, since that false argument is the one used in the Flavonian Law, but rather that for legal and social purposes, it is registered. The proposed divorce law allows it in all possible cases and therefore does not place any limitation on them. This would provide a legal base for divorces, instead of placing it in the limbo Atia Gavia Bellator Consul of Selucia |
