Bill: Lex Sundarensis de Oeconomia
Details
Submitted by[?]: Factio Republicana Socialistica
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This bill proposes the withdrawal from a treaty. It will require half of the legislature to vote in favor[?]. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: November 4869
Description[?]:
Sundaran Law on the Economy Quirites, One of our core economic policies is an opposition to globalization and promotion of localism. It is therefore incongruous for us to be a member of one of the largest globalist economic organizations, one that has brought us little benefit while constraining our economic freedom. It is because of the Majatran Economic Association that the recent economic crisis has hit Selucia, and it is this organization that prevents us from implementing more comprehensive capital controls and introducing economic localism. Seeing that our friend and ally Istalia has also left the organization for similar reasons (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=637376), we propose that Selucia leave the Majatran Economic Association.
