| Mr Ferrari, The Ginetti Cabinet promised to "protect Istalian jobs", but, in reality, many istalian workers saw their working conditions become worse. Among these, sex workers saw a complete annihilation of the (already inadequate) protections from exploitation they previously had. With this bill we want to garant decent working conditions, which would be impossible if we continue with this taboo policy on sex work. 1) Sex work is permitted and recognised as a profession either in the adult enteratainment field or as private personal services. 2) In the adult enteratainment field, the employer has to provide that a social worker and/or a psychologist with adeguate certification will always supervise the job as to ensure that consent is always present on set. 3) As private personal services, the profession is recognised in properties owned by sex workers' cooperatives, which should be self-organised by all the workers who work in the cooperative's safe house. | Message | Mr. Campati, We would prefer to present these reforms under a left of center government, but at the moment I believe we would have to wait for the next elections to see that happen.
