Bill: Prison Punishment Bill
Details
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: October 2221
Description[?]:
Criminals are sent to prison as a punishment for the wicked crimes they have committed against society. For starters, it is totally unfair that someone can fail miserably at school, commit a crime and then receive qualifications at school, whereas their school colleagues who also failed at school, but have worked hard to feed themselves and their families without committing crime do not get this tax payer paid opportunity to be educated. Secondly, paying criminals to do jobs is also unfair upon the unemployed who also want jobs, but do not commit crime, and is unfair upon the taxpayer who has the finance the payment of criminals who have caused so much harm. Enough is enough, we must stop providing encouragement for criminals to commit crimes. |
