| The SE group's executive has decided it is time to discuss the creation of an Istalian Republic in the National Assembly. Two possibilities have been proposed and if one passes the SE would collaborate with other parties to modify the constitution in order to create a republic. With the proposal of a Parliamentary Republic, the Representative of the emperor will become a "President of the Istalian Republic" and therefore the monarchy will have no political power or recognisation. The President has to be independent and non-partisan and has to be elected by the majority of the National Assembly of the Republic and the majority of the Senate of the Republic and has a 8 years term as the Senate. |
