| The constitutional right and responsibility to propose a cabinet to the legislature is vested in the office of the President.It is the constitutional responsibility of the President of Republic to invite the majority coalitions & present to the legislature a cabinet of working majority under his/her Leadership.President should also oversee the transparent process of transition & ensuring formation of new govt. Since monarchy will be abolished we propose renaming of our nation too. The National Parliament of Istalia hereby endorses the renaming of Istalia to "Federal Republic of Istalia/Repubblica Federale d'Istalia" |

| Message | President Ferrari, We are, let's say, confused by this proposal. Firstly, we don't understand the article about the official title of the legislative assembly. Does it mean we are going to abolish the National Assembly, and have just one chamber : the Senate? We are also worried that, with this reform, effective governments would be more difficult to create if the "President of the Republic of Istalia" is the only institution able to propose a cabinet coalition. This also gives the party with more votes too much power, and for this reason we prefer a semipresidential or a parliamentary rebulic system. Thank You, Michelangelo Lai |
