| Section One.) Hutorian National Health Agency Article 1.) Upon the Passage of this Bill the National Health Agency is reestablished, hereafter known as the NHA. Article 2.) All Healthcare Facilities within the Kingdom of Hutori will come under the immediate administration and oversight of the NHA. Article 3.) NHA Facilities will be paid partly by the Federal Department of Health Section Two.) Provincial Health Agencies Article 4.) Provincial Governments will have joint jurisdiction with the NHA over ownership, maintenance and running healthcare facilities within their provincial borders. Article 5.) Provincial Healthcare Agencies will be free to regulate Healthcare Facilities within their borders as long as they are also following Federal Guidelines Article 6.) Healthcare Facilities will be paid partly by the responsible Provincial Government. Section Three.) Private Healthcare Facilities Article 7.) Private Entities may own and operate Healthcare Facilities outside of Provincial Ownership or NHA jurisdiction under the following circumstances Article 7.1) The Private Health Facility has registered with the National Health Agency Article 7.2) All Federal Guidelines on Health are followed and reported on annually to the Federal Department of Health. |
