| This ban should be lifted not so we can research new ways of killing people but rather ways of combating such weapons. This would be done by a new Center for Chemical Weapons Research. They would state-owned and also work together with NDHS so ensure that new diseases in Narikaton and Darnussia aren't foreign chemical weapons. |
