Description[?]:
Article 1- Those who are seeking asylum in our nation, when granted documentation, will be fed into the workforce as farmhands, labourers and assistants. If the asylum seekers are not fit to work, they will be provided for in council housing. This will help establish financial independence for those entering this country, and enable government resources to be fed into other areas. It will also provide a workforce for the rural Provincia, benefiting our private sector. Over time, with the money earned from their labour, they will be able to open an account with a federally owned bank in conjunction with the Credit Act, financially anchoring them in our nation. Article 2 - A path to citizenship will be provided for those undocumented immigrants living in Dankuk, via a system of checks and balances - if the applicant has a criminal record, if they pay taxes etc. When granted documentation, they will be able to open an account with one of the federal banks in Dankuk in conjunction with the Credit Act. This ensures their financial security and confirms their status as a member of our nation. |

Message | The PPD is in support of changing the refugee policy for these reasons: To uproot oneself culturally and socially and move to a different country, like all immigrants do, is a monumentally difficult and courageous decision. It is obvious, that in contrast to some people's opinions about immigration, refugees do not flock arbitrarily to any country that will take them. Being stateless is not a desirable position, and those who make that leap should be helped to belong, in no matter which nation. Secondly, any decision to leave your country is such a decision that must be motivated by a serious situation in one's home. Fleeing from that situation, if serious, is completely justifiable, and often belittled by critics who sit comfortably in their secure, democratic nations. These people can and should be helped. We can make Dranian foreign policy an example to the world, with its progressive, fair and sane approach. This bill would cement our status as one of the great free, just nations of Terra, a status we truly deserve. |

Random fact: Cabinet ministers who disagree seriously with the head of government would usually be expected to resign. Parties within the cabinet may attempt to manoeuvre to replace the head of government though, for example by proposing a new cabinet bill or voting for an early election. |
