| OOC this bill is an Rp bill, therefore it is voluntary. Since it is constitutional it requires a two-thirds majority. Upon the passing of this bill the following shall change in the constitution: Article 1 "Jurisdiction" 1.1 The Conderal Constitutional Court will serve to ensure that the Document of Confederation and the Constitution is upheld by the President and by the Confederal Congress. 1.2 The two constituent countries of Narikaton and Darnussia may appeal laws and decisions made by the Confederal Government. 1.3 If the President should face an impeachment trial, it will be overseen by the CCC. Article 2 "Operation" 2.1 The CCC or TripleC will be made up of 5 Judges. 2.2 The Judges are presented by the President and approved by the Confederal Congress by a two thirds majority. 2.3 Judges are appointed for a term of 8 years but can serve an unlimited amount of terms. |

| Message | Voorzitter, I stand before both sides of this crisis with a simple petition. Let's not fight over this issue. Whilst the conduct of the President should be looked into, it does not yet warrant early elections. This why I put this bill forward. The TripleC will ensure that conduct like this doesn't occur again unless appropiate. I call for this bill to voted upon as soon as possible so that a new Court can look into the issue and see if unlawful conduct was done. Thank you.
