| Upon the ratification of this bill the following will take into effect. Article 1 -The name of the country shall be changed to Ma'atraniyyah Mamlakat Kafuristan (Kafuristan) Article 2 "monarchy" -The House of al-Abad will be installed as the reigning house in Kafuristan -The Monarchy will serve as a semi-constitutional monarchy -The Monarchy will have the following rights: Will serve as the head of state. Will serve as the head of government, represented by a member of cabinet May declare war May issue royal decrees, which serve as binding laws and can cover a wide variety of topics except for international treaties May veto bills passed by parliament Has to sign bills passed by parliament Leads the Armed Forces |
