| The SPA proposes to buy a total of 50 Z-21 air superiority fighters from Zardugal. This will cost around 4 billion. Once we have received the models we will subcontract the further development of the jets. Article 1 -We will purchase 50 Z-21 air superiority fighters from Zardugal Article 2 -We will allow Kunjabi to study the aircraft and hand them a contract for the development of a improved, modernized variant. -Kunjabi will continiously develop the jet and all 50 initial Z-21 fighters will be upgraded to the modernized indigenous design once complete. This will compliment our current fleet of HF-16 multirole jets and allows us to retire the old Tornado's currently serving in the airspace defense role. We encourage all parties to vote in favour. (This RP will be conducted by Rogue on the forum) |

| Message | Voorzitter, It is much more cost effective to purchase a large batch of aircraft and then modernize them, instead of purchasing just one and building our own after. The Z-21 is a capable aircraft even in its old form, but will need significant upgrades in order to work on the modern battlefield. Our estimation is that buying the older models and upgrading them would cost around 7 billion. While buying one and then building our own would cost 10 billion.
