| Message | Voorzitter, So your goal with this bill is to increase representation correct. Here is why increasing the number of seats doesn't work. With the current system a seat represents a certain percentage of the population. So in order to win that seat parties must win that percentage. This gives small parties a better chance since it's more consolidated.
