Article 1: For each duchy, 101 seats will be allocated the following way :
-25 seats are automatically allocated to the party or coalition that won the most votes in the duchy.
-The remaining 76 seats are proportionally allocated to each party or coalition according to its vote share. The electoral treshold is already set at 5 % of the votes.
Article 2 : A coalition is defined as two or more parties running a joint list together.
