| This law prohibits any Fascist or Fascist-aligned parties or ideologies from registering in Hobrazia, running in Hobrazian elections, or campaigning. Any person or party found to be endorsing Fascism will be subject to arrest, seizure of property, and/or de-registration. This law may be repealed by a simple majority of the Parliament. (OOC: This RP law is considered binding, and replaces the earlier voluntary version.) |
