| Mr. Speaker, Rutanian early history is inseparable from the history of the grand Juncker families who contributed to the material and cultural prosperity of our Commonwealth. Our recent history, however, has been very unfair to these grand families, hence we propose the symbolic recognition of nobility titles. The current bill does not eastablish the titles and does not decide on which families will be awarded titles. Its sole purpose is the re-establishment of the nobility principle.
