MessageI disagree we need the national government to decide what they can and cannot do by letting local governments choose it can confuse the people when going over county lines. Im all for some devolution in some areas but not with mental health. Mental health will be tackled on a national level not local.

MessageMr Speaker,

The Rutania Socialist Party has a point, mental health should be dealt with on a national level, we also disagree with local governments deciding the policy on Mentally Ill, some local governments might not put strict regulations like security for the Mentally Ill.
