Message | Mr. Speaker, We had an agreement many years ago with the People's Revolution Chairman Shepard Ryan that to keep the National Movement out of government. We agreed that a Right Coalition or Left Coalition which ever one has more seats the other party would back what ever coalition had the most seats through the term, and in return would have a free vote on all bills.
