The Prime Minister repropose once again this bill that this time should pass. (OOC: Eco-Left said me he come back after a period of inactivity. I hope now he could vote to this and the following bills, so that this term will be not wasted). The changements into the provisions about the research and study have been added because the Prime Minister believes that knowing such technologies can help us to develop better countermeasures to protect us from chemical, biological or nuclear weapons. Message | The armed forces are not just nuclear missiles or chemical weapon. Our armed forces can assure the defence of the country without such weapons of mass destruction.
