Message | As this bill requires a two-thirds majority, I ask for your support. The Beluzian Republican Party is convinced that a smaller parliament works more efficiently. A parliament with 650 seats is expensive and has no advantages. In addition I propose to make the seat distribution fairer by giving each province a number of seats proportional to their population size. It is difficult to justify that a region with more inhabitants has the same amount of seats as a region with fewer inhabitants. |

Random fact: Players consent to the reasonable and predictable consequences of the role-play they consent to. For example, players who role-play their characters as committing criminal offences should expect those characters to experience the predictable judicial consequences of that. |
Random quote: "The first step in freeing yourself from social restrictions is the realization that there is no such thing as a 'safe' code of conduct, one that would earn everyone's approval. Your actions can always be condemned by someone, for being too bold or too apathetic, for being too conformist or too nonconformist, for being too liberal or too conservative. So it's necessary to decide whose approval is important to you." - Harry Browne |
