Message | How does a non-discriminatory military strengthen it? Surely the military has to be selective and thus discriminatory in order to function effectively. |

Message | I disagree, opening up participation of combat roles with allow us to expand and recruit better candidates. Factors such as race and religion do not necessarily make a candidate a worse soldier. Military should be selective on actual factors such as health, ability, competence et cetera... The current roles say that if you are not of the majority race and religion you are outright prohibited from having 'any place in the military', that is just blatantly wrong. |
