Voting deadline: December 4935

Description[?]:

This plan has been approved for implementation into the national economy by the Worker's Commissariats of National Economy, Public Works, and Science&Technology.

DETAILS

The Haek-Yuk-Gye Plan is intended for the increase of nuclear power and net power production in the Rowiet Union. 8 new power plants will be created in 6 years; 4 in Myeoggi, 1 in Eljang, 2 in Eurbrak, and 1 in Reuni. The director of the plan is Alfonso Pak.

The Government believes that such use of nuclear power would help massively increase the net production of Rowiet energy, lowering reliance on outside sources; and that proper and prompt distribution and circulation would alleviate many shortage problems faced by the nation's remote while lowering urban-rural disparity. Additional jobs could be created; both in the UCCR's domestic uranium mines and in the plants themselves. The program would greatly increase both public and general knowledge of such fields; while increasing Rowiet prestige at home and abroad.

In addition; an Institute and Research Center for Nuclear Science will be created in the Metropolitan City of Taeyang. It is intended to advance and contribute to the knowledge and application of the sciences and management practices in nuclear energy production. The Institute will additionally research the possible applications of controlled nuclear fusion to create energy; the success of such a program being estimated to generate 1000x more energy than current fission-related methods.

It shall help [REDACTED] and [CLASSIFIED], with [CLASSIFIED] to be decided at a further date.
