Old value:: Criminals released from jail are allowed to vote after a certain period of time.
Current: Criminals are always allowed to vote, regardless of whether they are in jail or not.
Proposed: Criminals who are charged with minor crimes are eligable to vote, others charged with serious crimes are not.
Article 3
Proposal[?] to change Policy concerning industrial hemp.
Old value:: Industrial hemp is illegal.
Current: There are no regulations on industrial hemp.
Proposed: Only regulated agribusinesses may produce industrial hemp.
