Message | It is unfair that while many in the world live very comfortably in great opulence, many more go hungry, many of them working themselves almost to death and still failing to feed their families, and many thousands die daily because of poor water supplies. This bill aims to contribute just a little to end some of that suffering. |

Message | If, for example, charities work against human rights abuses in countries with corrupt governments, then the money may be physically sent 'to those nations', but will remain in the hands of the charities and not the governments. |

Message | Oh, okay. Well, I'm not a big fan of government spending, but as long as there is strict guidelines as to which charites get the money, I don't see why not. |
