Message | We absolutely disagree with five out of seven articles of this bill. The DCP would support right wing leaning policies within the economy, but if these changes were made before the voting stage, we would of agreed: • One third of the corporate board must consist of employees. • We feel monopolies should be actively enforced in specific areas of the economy, and some areas should be regulated. • The state owns certain sectors of the economy, whilst all others are under private ownership. • There should not be any stance on a salary cap, this is restricting people from becoming successful and financially wealthy. However, we agree with article 5 and 7, but based on the bill as a whole, we have to disagree. Simon Cooke Deputy President of DCP Democratic Centrist Party (Democratic Conservative Division) |

Message | The CLP would like to thank the DCP for their feedback. If the DCP would like to propose that bill the CLP would vote for it but before the CLP propose that bill it would like to know if a majority of parties in the Senate support it. Random fact: In cases where players introduce RP laws to a nation and then leave, Moderation reserves the discretion to declare the RP laws void if they appear to have fallen into disuse. In particular, please bear in mind that a player who is inexperienced with Particracy role-play and has joined a nation as the only party there should not generally be expected to abide by RP laws implemented by previous players who have been and left. |
