Bill: Cabinet Proposal of June 4946

Details

Submitted by[?]: Union of Luthorian Hosian Churches

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This bill presents the formation of a cabinet. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. Traditionally, parties in the proposal vote yes, others (the opposition) vote no. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

Voting deadline: February 4947

Description[?]:

As the Imperial Diet is apparently incapable of cooperating together in any fashion in order to form a government, the New Luthorian Church would like to propose a minority government, which I hope other parties will support, since we still need a government even when members of the Imperial Diet are unable to work together.

MessageMr. Speaker,

We have already presented our requirements to the opposition. A party with eleven seats holding twelve cabinet positions? Might I remind the honourable members that, per law, members of the cabinet must be members of the Diet.
