This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

| As the Imperial Diet is apparently incapable of cooperating together in any fashion in order to form a government, the New Luthorian Church would like to propose a minority government, which I hope other parties will support, since we still need a government even when members of the Imperial Diet are unable to work together. |
