MessageMr Speaker,

This proposal is a prime example of how not to adjust income tax brackets: It lowers the tax for the rich, raises the tax for the poor. I commend Finance Minister Ms Uzun for crafting such a disastrous tax plan, even an economics student would not fail like her. We reject this preposterous proposal.
