Bill: Military restructuring

Details

Submitted by[?]: Hobrazian Peoples Party

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: August 2225

Description[?]:

It is our nations foremost assignment to defend our borders and to protect our citizens. Therefore it is neccesary to introduce the possibel use of chemical and biological warfare. In these modern times it is important to be backed with the newest and best army equipment and military technique. It is now time for the Hobrazian Parliament to take time to think of what will become of the Republic of Hobrazia, if we cannot defend ourself. This is a step in the right direction and should therefore be allowed.
We should take further precautions to avoid future conflict. In peacetime we can have resolutions telling our stance on these issues, but we must still have the possibility to enforce our right as nation.
