Description[?]:

We need to consider these proposals. The HPP wish to change priority considering the money spent by our government. We wish to restructure the public sector and therefore propose these ammendments.

We would like to include in this bill an obligation saying that the state owned companies producing cars, should develop a method to lower the amount of pollution produced by cars.

MessageThe easiest way to lower the pollution produced by cars is to stop the production of fossil fueled cars. The technology is their to produce clean, efficient vehicles with the same speed and power outputs of fossil fueled vehicles, yet still we continue to produce gas guzzlers which do nothing but harm, where's the logic? Also, why force public industries into being forced to produce cleaner cars whilst allowing private business to produce anythin? Guess what, fossil fueled cars are cheaper to produce so would be cheaper to purchase, so guess which the citizenry would buy?

In relation to the recycling programmes, why remove the mandatory residential laws? What's so difficult about placing a newspaper, a tin can, or other such good into a green bin? People are lazy and unless these laws are enforced people will not do it.

These changes are bad for our environment and will do nothing for our economy so would be useless to introduce.

Random fact: RP laws follow the same passing rules as in-game variable laws. Laws that are not of a constitutional nature require a simple majority "Yes" vote from active parties currently holding seats. Laws that are of a constitutional nature require a 2/3 majority "Yes" vote from active parties currently holding seats. RP laws may be abolished a simple majority vote this applies to ANY RP law.
