| Be it enacted, Two or more parties can form a coalition to support a common candidate in the gubernatorial election, while remaining on two separate electoral lists. After the votes are counted, the votes received by the two or more parties in the coalition are added together. The governor candidate supported by the party or coalition that received the most votes is elected. The party or coalition that received the most votes receives 25 seats. All other seats are distributed proportionally. There is a 5 % hurdle in every duchy. |
